Adelaide Bank has confirmed they will be charging customers an additional fee for processing transactions of customers using another provider’s ATM (ie. a disloyalty fee). This fee structure will be changing from the 1st April. Refer to the ‘disloyalty fee‘ page for details.
Adelaide Bank customers can use any Adelaide Bank or Bendigo Bank ATM to avoid a direct charge for the transaction. Adelaide Bank offers accounts that are either fee free or have rebates applied to electronic transactions using Adelaide or Bendigo Bank facilities.
