Media report indicate ANZ will be charging customers an additional fee for processing transactions of customers using another provider’s ATM (ie. a disloyalty fee). ANZ has not yet provided information to us on this and we have not been able to determine it from their website.
There are no arrangements for ANZ customers to use non-ANZ ATMs without incurring direct charges. ANZ does offer accounts free of fees for use of ANZ ATM facilities.
