Citibank has indicated they will not be charging customers an additional fee for processing transactions of customers using another provider’s ATM (ie. no disloyalty fees for Citibank customers).
Citibank customers can use any Citibank or Westpac ATM to avoid a direct charge for the transaction. Citibank offers accounts that are fee free for electronic transactions using Citibank or Westpac ATM facilities.
We are working to get information on Citibank’s direct charge fee for non-Citibank customers using their ATMs, but Citibank has been unwilling to provide information to date.
