We have a mortage through World Home Loans (Australian Mortgage Advisary Bureau) and it is underwritten by ING. Yes there are no ING ATMs in Australia, definitely. We had an agreement (and the charge for it was rolled into our mortgage) that there would be no bank fees of any type for the life of the mortgage, when I rang and questioned the fact that we were now being charged for using ATMS I was told that if we debited cash via an ATM from our account in $200 lots we would be refunded the ATM charges at the end of the month. It is a small consolation, but I prefer to withdraw smaller amounts so I carry less money with me. I do get around it though because I have a Westpac Savings account and have transferred money into it to use when I require cash.
